We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping innovative solutions across a range of projects. As part of our growing company, you'll work on initiatives from early-stage concepts to full-scale product development—helping to define requirements, optimize processes, and drive strategic outcomes through your analytical and problem-solving expertise.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for a Senior Business Analyst who has:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in business process analysis and optimization;
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or software development;
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams;
  • Ability to gather and document business and functional requirements, creating clear and structured documentation;
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences;
  • Experience with modeling techniques such as BPMN, UML, or wireframing tools;
  • Proficiency in SQL, data analysis, and reporting tools is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken (at least Upper-Intermediate).

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will:

  • Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements;
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for the development team;
  • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations to gather and validate requirements;
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented correctly;
  • Identify process inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions for optimization;
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist with change management activities;
  • Maintain clear and structured documentation for business processes, workflows, and system requirements;
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve business analysis processes.
