We are looking for a motivated Trainee/Junior IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of IT recruitment, eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. You’ll collaborate with experienced recruiters, participate in team initiatives, and contribute to improving our hiring processes while developing your skills in talent acquisition and candidate assessment.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for an IT Recruiter who has:

  • A basic understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Completed IT sourcing or recruitment courses.
  • Strong research skills, including hands-on experience with sourcing tools (X-Ray, Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Initial experience in sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates on LinkedIn.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency (both written and spoken).
  • Alignment with our corporate values – trust, transparency, social responsibility, and attention to detail.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Trainee/Junior IT Recruiter, you will:

  • Actively source candidates daily to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Screen and assess candidate profiles to match job requirements.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify potential candidates.
  • Engage and build long-term relationships with candidates to ensure continuous talent acquisition.
  • Maintain and update recruitment-related reports for tracking and transparency.
  • Participate in team standups, hiring initiatives, and process improvement discussions
