We are looking for a proactive and communicative professional to take on part of the business development and sales responsibilities in our company. The primary goal of this role is to attract new clients, expand our partnership network, and optimize lead generation processes.

REQUIREMENTS

We're looking for Business Development Manager who has:

  • Experience in email marketing and lead generation (B2B sales experience is a plus);
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and email automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Lemlist, Woodpecker, Apollo);
  • Understanding of business development and sales processes, with the ability to identify and attract new clients;
  • Experience in outreach and audience segmentation (cold/warm contacts, setting up outreach campaigns);
  • Strong analytical skills – ability to work with data, track campaign performance, and suggest improvements;
  • Experience managing company profiles on marketplaces (e.g., Clutch, Upwork) and optimizing them for better visibility;
  • Creative approach to content creation – writing email templates, preparing marketing materials, and presentations;
  • Basic proficiency in design tools (Figma, Canva) to create simple visual assets;
  • Understanding of digital marketing and employer branding;
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency – strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proactive and self-motivated mindset – ability to identify opportunities and propose improvements;
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners;
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Business Development &Sales:
    • Collaboration with the Engagement team to define and target new leads (both cold and warm contacts);
    • Building and segmenting client lists for outreach campaigns;
    • Exploring and implementing new strategies to enhance client acquisition;
    • Analyzing sales processes and suggest improvements.
  • Partnership Management:
    • Working with partners to create and maintain targeted outreach lists;
    • Identifying and engaging potential new partners, process their contacts, and build strong relationships.
  • Marketplace & Branding Support:
    • Managing and updating company profiles on marketplaces;
    • Contributing to employer branding initiatives;
    • Assist in creating marketing materials and presentations.
