We are looking for an experienced Engagement Manager

We are looking for someone who has:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in roles such as Sales Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, Business Development Manager, Junior BA or similar positions, with direct involvement in customer interaction, need assessment, and the ability to articulate clear sales messages.
  • Proficiency in all facets of consultative sales and business development, including prospecting, initiating contacts, qualifying deals, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • A 'hunter' mentality, equipped with robust presentation and negotiation abilities;
  • Expertise in opening new accounts and establishing high-quality, lasting relationships, rather than adopting a transactional approach;
  • Advanced proficiency in English;
  • A comprehensive understanding of the software development process;
  • The skill to pinpoint problems and needs of potential clients;
  • A proactive "getting things done" attitude, coupled with strategic thinking and the ability to plan several steps ahead.

As an engagement manager, you will:

  • Acquire knowledge about Kindgeek's portfolio, mastering the art of discerning client needs, and understanding the profiles of our typical clients;

  • Qualify in-bound leads & opportunities;
  • Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project execution;
  • Lead all Sales-related endeavors by working in tandem with interdisciplinary teams from Sales, Marketing, Delivery Organization, and others;
  • ​Collaborate with the Marketing department to pinpoint opportunities and co-target accounts;
  • ​Spearhead collaborative marketing projects with the marketing team;
  • ​Diligently document all interactions with potential leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Looking ahead, your roles may involve:

  • Lead Origination: Investigate and choose potential clients through thorough research;
  • Expand Kindgeek's client base, both new and existing, by actively fostering growth and taking initiative in business development;
  • Guid our Sales/Engagement team, set direction, and ensure effective team leadership.
